These regular, deep-dive sessions, held as full days or over two half-days, focus on leadership, accountability and authenticity. You’ll challenge old habits and learn new, practical techniques that make a real difference. A limit of 10 participants per masterclass to maximise outcomes.
Small Group Mentoring (SGM):
In months without Masterclasses, join a group of up to five peers for online mentoring. These sessions help you practice what you’ve learned, share experiences, and get support from others on the same journey. Clients can elect to have Executive Mentoring on a 1:1 basis for an additional fee.

Checks:
